摘    要:近年来,在人血清等体液中检测到稳定性良好的miRNA称之为循环miRNAs。在正常人和肿瘤等疾病患者体内循环miRNAs的表达谱存在明显的差异,因此循环miRNAs很可能成为肿瘤等疾病的非侵人性的、准确的新型生物标志物。本文对循环miRNAs的发现、产生机制、检测方法等研究进展及临床应用前景进行评述,

Abstract:In recent years, miRNA have been found to be present in serum and other body fluids of humans with good stability. There are significant differences of circulating miRNAs expression patterns in normal subjects and patients with cancer and other diseases, so circulating miRNAs are likely to be non-invasive, accurate and new biomarkers. In this paper, we make a introduction about the discovery, mechanism, detection methods and clinical application prospect of circulating miRNAs.
