配对符号秩检验确切概率的递推算法

目的　计算配对符号秩检验的确切概率。方法　构造多项式 ,使其系数和配对符号秩检验的符号秩和相对应 ;同时采用递推公式计算多项式任意项的系数 ,最后用Stata程序实现算法。结果　通过实例应用表明 ,构造的多项式及递推算法能够反映配对符号秩检验的秩和分布 ,其累计频率就是秩和对应的P值。结论　应用本方法可以计算配对符号秩检验的确切概率。和传统的方法相比 ,本方法得到的P值更加准确

Recursion Formula for the Exact P-Value of Wilcoxon Matched-pairs Signed-ranks Test

Purpose To compute the exact p-value of Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test. Methods We composed a multinomial model,those coefficients of which are correspond to those rank sums of Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed-ranks test.Then we educed a recursion formula to compute any coefficients of the multinomial model.The Stata procedure for computing is also composed. Results Analysis of example has shown the model and procedure are reliable.The p value of our methods is more accurate than traditional normal approximate method. Conclusions Our method has some superiorities than traditional method.
