| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨神经外科手术患者留置尿管的最佳时机。方法 手术患者按麻醉前导尿和麻醉后导尿分为两组。结果 麻醉前导尿组的患者术后不适反应明显轻于麻醉后导尿组的患者（P〈0．05）。结论 神经外科手术患者麻醉前进行导尿，有利于减少术后诸多不适反应，对患者的术后恢复起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best time to place catheter for patients with neurosurgery operation.Methods Patients with neurosurgery operation were randomly distributed into 2 groups:pre-anesthesia catheterization group and post-anesthesia catheterization group.Results The incidence of post-operative discomfort in the pre-anesthesia group was obviously lower than that in the post-anesthesia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Placing catheter before operation might play an important role in reducing discomfort responses and facilitating recovery of patients with neurosurgical operation. |
