磷酸二酯酶9及其抑制剂的研究进展

摘    要:目的为磷酸二酯酶9(phosphodiesterase 9,PDE 9)的研究与开发提供参考。方法查阅PDE 9及其抑制剂的研究开发现状的多篇相关文献,进行整理和归纳。结果大多数PDE9抑制剂都能选择性地在体外和体内抑制PDE 9,并取得较好的药理活性。结论PDE 9将成为药物治疗的新一代靶点,其抑制剂的研究与开发具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Objective To review the recent developments in the research of phosphodiesterase 9 (PDE 9) and its inhibitors and provide a reference for the further research and development of them. Methods The trends of research and development for PDE 9 and its inhibitors were summarized on the basis of related literatures. Results Most of PDE 9 inhibitors can inhibit PDE 9 in vitro and in vivo selectively and have good pharmacological activities. Conclusions PDE 9 will become a new generation of drug therapy target, the research of its inhibitors has exciting prospect.
