| 摘 要： | 从高校学报的作用，编辑学研究对教学和科研的影响，学报编辑人员在教学科研活动中扮演的角色等几个方面对学报编辑在当前医学高校中的角色进行了探析，作者认为：学报工作与高校教学和科研工作具有密切联系，是高校工作的重要组成部分；编辑与教师“编”“写”“教”三方面既各自独立又相互促进；编辑在当今将高校科技成果转化为生产力的过程中起了重要作用。本文还对编辑人员如何扮演好高校中这一独特角色进行了讨论。

The author considered that there is a close relationship between what journal editors do and What teachers do, Which are both important parts of what is done in universities,and editing, Writing, teaching can promote one another and the editors play an importnt role in transforming the achivements of science and technology into the productive force. Moreover, how editors paly the special role better wa discussed. |
