复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果及安全性评价

目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸对糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗效果.方法 整理我院86例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料,在治疗当中随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组患者使用复方丹参滴丸,对照组使用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊进行治疗,完成治疗后对患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析,观察不同药物情况下患者的治疗疗效差异.结果 治疗组患者的临床效果明显高于对照组,(P<0.05),在患者的临床检查结果当中,患者的症状情况改善明显.结论 在糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗过程中,可以使用复方丹参滴丸治疗,临床治疗效果明显,且患者的药物使用安全性较高,在临床当中可以推广使用.

The clinical efficacy safety evaluation of compound Danshen Dropping Pill in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on diabetic retinopathy.Methods Finishing our hospital 86 cases of diabetic retinopathy in patients with clinical data,in therapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each group,the treatment group patients with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills,controls the use of calcium dobesilate capsule for treatment,after completion of treatment for patients with clinical therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed,the effects of different drugs cases of patients treated with curative differences.Results The treatment group of patients with clinical effect was significantly higher than that of control group,(P< 0.05),in patients with clinical findings,patients with symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion In the patients with diabetic retinopathy treatment process,can use compound Danshen Dropping Pill in treatment,clinical treatment effect is obvious,and the patients with substance use and high safety,can be widely used in clinical.
