在不同时间内使用尼莫地平治疗脑出血血肿体积及脑水肿的临床影响研究

目的 观察尼莫地平对脑出血血肿体积及脑水肿的临床疗效.方法 选取80例患者随机将其分为两组,治疗组与对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组患者分别在发病后12 h、48 h及5 d时给予静脉滴注尼莫地平8 mg,治疗15 d.分别对两组患者记录其入院时,5 d及15 d时的血肿体积及水肿带面积.结果 治疗组患者相对对照组患者脑出血水肿带明显较小,尼莫地平能有效减轻患者脑出血水肿带出现程度.结论 尼莫地平对治疗脑出血血肿体积及脑水肿的临床效果很好,12 h内效果更好.

The clinical impact study in different time use nimodipine treatment hematoma volume and cerebral hemorrhage brain edema
