山区医院手术室核心能力培训的探索与实践

目的 探索和研究山区医院手术室核心能力培训方法,以提高手术室护士的核心能力.方法 结合山区实际的情况运用专业护士核心能力层级培训体系,按照年资和工作能力给护士评定层级,再根据不同层级要求制订具体的培训内容和目标,临床工作中采用指导自学、专科轮转培训考核、个案实践经验护理、应急能力训练等培训方式对手术护士进行核心能力培训.结果 该培训方法实施前后进行纵向调查对比,护士自身管理学习时间的能力增强到90.6%;专科知识水掌握能力提升93.5%;术中操作满意率98.5%;应急处理能力99.0%.核心能力培训后,护士的自我求索求知意愿、专科水平、手术配合、应急处理能力优于传统的方法(P<0.01或P<0.005).结论 核心能力培训是符合专科发展趋势、可操作性强的在职教育方法[1],山区医院同样具有可操作性.

The Study and Practice of Core Competency Training of Operating Room Nurses in Mountain Area Hospitals

Objective Study and research on the core competency training in operating rooms of mountain area hospitals to improve the core competency of operating room nurses.Methods Taking into account of the actual circumstances of mountain areas,used professional hierarchy core competency training system on nurses,evaluated levels of nurses in accordance with their annual salaries and working abilities,then devised specific training objectives and contents for different levels.Used instruction on self-learning,assessment of specialty cycle training,individual experience,nursing,emergency ability training and any other training methods in clinical practice as the core competency training for operating room nurses.Results According to the longitudinal study comparison before and after the training,it was found out that nurses’ self-management ability on study time was improved to 90.6%,the specialty mastering ability was increased by 93.5%,the operation satisfactory rate was 98.5% and the emergency ability was 99.0%.After the core competency training,nurses’ self-study desire,specialty ability,cooperation in operations and emergency ability were all better than those by traditional training(P<0.01,or P<0.005).Conclusion Core competency training,as the on-the-job education,corresponded to the trend of specialty development and was quite practical,which could be carried out in mountain area hospitals as well.
