螺内酯联合卡维地洛治疗老年人难治性高血压的疗效观察

目的 探讨螺内酯联合卡维地洛治疗老年人难治性高血压的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将195例老年难治性高血压患者随机分为3组;71例给予螺内酯联合卡维地洛治疗为联合用药组;63例给予螺内酯治疗为螺内酯组;61例给予卡维地洛治疗为卡维地洛组.观察3组疗效及不良反应并作对照研究.结果 联合用药组疗效优于螺内酯组及卡维地洛组,螺内酯组与卡维地洛组疗效无显著差异.结论 螺内酯联合卡维地洛治疗老年人难治性高血压效果显著,可有效控制血压、改善左心室重构,且不良反应较少,可以临床广为应用.

Clinical observation of carvediloi and spironolactone on geriatric refractory hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the carvedilol and spironolactone in elderly patients with refractory hypertension.Methods 195 cases of elderly patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into three groups.71 cases given spironolactone combined carvedilol treatment for the combined treatment group;63 cases was given spironolactone spironolactone group.61 cases was given carvedilol treatment the carvedilol group.Observed three groups of efficacy and adverse reactions and as a control study.Results The combination therapy group than the spironolactone group and the carvedilol group,spironolactone group and the carvedilol group was no significant difference in efficacy.Conclusion Spironolactone combined carvedilol in elderly patients with refractory hypertension achieved significant results,which can effectively control blood pressure,improved left ventricular remodeling,and fewer adverse reactions,can be widely used clinically.
