中山市公务员及事业单位体检中常见眼表疾病的流行病学调查与分析

目的了解中山市公务员及事业单位体检中常见眼表疾病的流行病学发布及其影响因素情况。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,随机抽取于2010年1月至2011年10月中山市公务员及事业单位在我医院体检中常见眼表疾病进行流行病学调查,共调查2692例。结果本次发现翼状胬肉54例(占2.01%),细菌性角膜炎29例(占1.08%),单疱病毒性角膜炎27例(占1.00%),干眼症143例(占5.31%),沙眼22例(占,0.82%),中山市公务员及事业单位职工体检中翼状胬肉患病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.21,P>0.05)。眼表疾病的影响因素是:看书距离,看电视距离,每天室外活动,每日看书时间,营养状况,父母双方或一方近视,每日睡眠时间。结论通过本研究可以为今后地域性不同职业的眼表疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供参考指标和客观依据。

The cause of civil servants and medical units of common ocular surface diseases epidemiological survey and analysis in Zhongshan City

Objective To understand the city of Zhongshan civil servants and public examination of common ocular surface diseases epidemiology publishing and its influencing factors.Methods Using simple random sampling method,a random sample of January to 2011 in 2010 October Zhongshan city government functionary and institutions in our hospital physical examination of common ocular surface diseases epidemiological survey,a total of investigation of 2692 cases.Results The discovery of pterygiumin 54 cases(2.01%),bacterial keratitis in 29 cases(1.08%),herpes simplex virus keratitis 27 cases(1%),143 cases of dry eye syndrome(5.31%),22 cases(0.82% for trachoma),Zhongshan city government functionary and institution worker physical examination in pterygium prevalence rates did not differ statistically(χ2 =0.21,P>0.05).Ocular surface disease influencing factors are:read a Book watch TV distance,distance,outdoor activities every day,read a book every time,nutritional status,either one or both parents,myopia,the daily sleep time.Conclusion This study provides future regional different occupation of ocular surface disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment to provide reference and objective basis.
