地佐辛用于全麻患者麻醉苏醒期的观察

目的 观察地佐辛预防全麻苏醒期躁动的效果.方法 选择ASAⅠ~ Ⅱ级择期手术患者80 例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40 例.观察组患者于手术结束前30 min给予静脉注射地佐辛注射液0.1 mg/kg,对照组患者不静脉注射地佐辛.结果 两组患者的躁动评分:对照组患者躁动的发生率高于观察组(P<0.05);两组患者的呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间,无统计学差异.结论 地佐辛可有效地预防全麻苏醒期兴奋躁动的发生,剂量采用0.1 mg/kg时苏醒质量好,无明显不良反应.

Clinical effects of Dezocine in preventing emergence agitation from general anesthesia

Objective To observe the effect of Dezocine to prevent emergence agitation from general anesthesia.Methods 80 patients of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group,with each 40 cases.The observation groups of patients at 30 minutes before the end of operation were given intravenous injection.Results The two groups of patients agitation scores:the incidence of restlessness in control group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05).In the two groups of patients,the breathing recovery time,eyes open time,extubation time was the same(P>0.05).Conclusion Dezocine may be effective in preventing recovery excited restlessness from general anesthesia,which dose of 0.1 mg/kg can have better consciousness quality with no obvious adverse reactions.
