| 摘 要： | 治"肺"方剂常将性能、作用趋势相反的药物配伍应用。鉴于肺病证发病主要为肺气的升降、开合、散收运动失常,其组方配伍多升降并用,散收同施;外邪极易伤肺,痰常为肺病证发病的"夙根",故表里同病之证,遣药自当表里并治;肺的解剖特点与生理特性,决定其用药攻补不能太过,是以临证组方常合补泻于一方;肺喜润恶燥,故于肺燥阴虚夹痰之证,用药又宜润燥结合。相反相成配伍法在肺病证方剂中既可单独使用,也能结合运用。
