| 摘 要： | 探讨老年食管癌患者术后中药保留灌肠对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2009年8月-2010年8月我院收治的行食管癌根治术老年患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予早期肠内营养及对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药保留灌肠。结果:相比对照组,观察组术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、胃管留置时间和住院时间均明显提前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组术后并发症6例,观察组无1例发生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年食管癌患者术后中药保留灌肠能明显改善胃肠功能紊乱,减少并发症,促进疾病早日康复,值得临床推广应用。
