| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨栀子的显微特征常数与其化学成分的相关性。方法:采用容量分析方法测定栀子粉末中的种皮石细胞的显微特征常数值,采用高效液相法对栀子中指标性成分栀子苷进行含量测定,用统计方法对得到的两组数据进行相关性分析。结果:栀子中种皮石细胞的显微特征常数与栀子苷含量有显著的相关性。结论:测定栀子的显微特征常数值,可作为其药材质量控制的手段之一。
