| 摘 要： | 目的:对复方降糖方提取工艺进行探讨。方法:水提取工艺以多糖得率为考察指标,醇提取工艺以栀子苷为考察指标,分别采用正交设计法对其最佳提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:6倍量水回流提取3次,每次2h,提取液合并浓缩至1g/mL,醇沉浓度为90%,放置时间24h为最佳水提取工艺条件;醇提取最佳工艺条件为:药材加65%乙醇10倍量提取2次,每次2h。结论:试验结果为确定复方降糖方的提取工艺提供了试验依据。
