综合疗法治疗脑中风之临床分析

目的:观察综合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:对78例脑梗死病人给予控制脑水肿、降低颅内压、血管扩张剂、抗凝等治疗的同时,再遵循中医整体观念、辨证施治的原则,给予中医药对症治疗,并配以针灸综合治疗。结果:临床治愈33例,显效41例,总有效率为94.87%。结论:中西医综合疗法可有效治疗脑中风,且充分体现中西合并的独特优势,临床疗效显著。
