| 摘 要： | 目的:优选抗骨疏松口服液的提取工艺。方法:以共水蒸馏法考察当归、川芎、枳壳等药材中混合挥发油的提取条件。采用正交试验法优选方药的水煮条件,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,以提取干浸膏重、醇浸物重为终合考察指标。结果:当归、川芎、枳壳等药材挥发油提取时间为2h。水煮条件为加水量12倍,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论:优选提取工艺稳定,可行。
