交泰丸不同提取方式对组方化学成分的影响

摘    要:目的:观察交泰丸不同提取方式对其组方化学成分的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法比较交秦丸水煎、醇提、超滤、CO2萃取不同方式提取后的组方化学成分即黄连生物碱(盐酸小檗碱)、肉桂酸、桂皮醛的含量变化。结果:在四种提取方式中,肉桂酸、桂皮醛的含量:超临界CO2萃取>醇提>水煎>超滤膜提取;盐酸小檗碱的含量:超临界CO2萃取>水煎>超滤膜>醇提。结论:不同提取方式对交泰丸的化学成分的溶出量会产生影响。
