五倍子软膏制备工艺优化研究

目的:优选五倍子的提取工艺,并寻找最适宜的基质制成五倍子软膏。方法:以没食子酸含量为指标,采用正交试验法,考察水提取的工艺条件。按软膏制备方法制备出不同基质条件下的软膏,采用高效液相色谱法对各处方进行含量测定,并按软膏稳定性考察有关方法进行实验。结果:最佳提取工艺为:浸泡时间1h、加6倍量水、提取2次、提取时间每次2h。制备O/W型和W/O型的软膏,含量均匀一致,稳定性考察符合标准。结论:提取工艺合理、可行,具有较好的经济效益。选取的软膏基质适宜,制备方法可行。说明该五倍子软膏制备工艺合理可行。
