| 摘 要： | 目的:观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑皮质脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法:线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、眼针组。于再灌注72h后进行大鼠神经功能评分,采用RQ-PCR、免疫组化法、western blot法检测缺血脑皮质BDNFmRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能评分下降,脑皮质BDNF mRNA的表达和蛋白的表达上升(P<0·01)。结论:眼针能提高脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑皮质BDNF表达水平。
