| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种以腹部不适伴排便习惯改变为特征的功能性疾病。其发病机制尚未完全明确,目前认为内脏高敏感性是IBS的主要病理生理学基础,且与脑-肠轴关系密切。近年来,中医针灸治疗IBS疗效较好,具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a functional bowel disorder characterized by abdominal discomfort and alterations in bowel movements.Although the mechanism is generally unclear,visceral hypersensitivity is currently considered to be the main pathophysiologic factor which is highly related to the brain-gut axis.In recently,the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture has good effect and wide application in treating irritable bowel syndrome. |
