体外受精-胚胎移植过程中卵巢过度刺激综合征的中医病机治法探讨

卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中,超促排卵药物的广泛应用而出现的一类严重医源性疾病,目前其发病机制未明,治疗上仅限于对症支持治疗,效果不尽人意。运用传统中医学理论,结合前人经验,对OHSS的病机治法作了初步的探讨。认为OHSS是本虚标实之病,肾之精气亏虚为本,血脉不和、水饮气滞为标。肾之精气受损,失其固摄、推动、气化之职,血脉失和,有瘀血、出血、阴血不足,血不利则为水,引起水饮停聚,瘀血水饮又引起气机失调,从而出现一系列临床综合征。治疗上以补肾填精、滋阴养血、活血止血为主,行气利水、化痰散结为辅,并注意保养胎元。自拟一方为主,临床上灵活加减,取得了一定的效果。
