| 摘 要： | 目的:随机对照观察针刺结合康复分期治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征(SHS)的临床疗效,优选出具有中西医结合特色的治疗方案。方法:选取30例Ⅰ期和30例Ⅱ期的SHS患者作为研究对象,在每组均给予基础治疗和中药治疗的基础上,采用单盲、随机的方法分为中西医结合治疗组(简称结合组)各10例、康复组各10例、针刺组各10例,治疗时间28天后,评价患者的疼痛、上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力的改善程度。结果:结合组对于Ⅰ期SHS患者上肢运动功能的改善程度优于针刺组和康复组(P<0.05);结合组对于Ⅱ期SHS患者日常生活能力的改善程度优于针刺组和康复组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的方法治疗SHS比单纯康复和单纯针刺具有一定优势,疗效较显著。
