| 摘 要： | 现代研究发现,艾灸的治疗作用是通过双向调节机体的免疫功能实现的,既能使紊乱的免疫功能向正常状态调整,也能使机体的抗病能力增强。这就促使我们思考是否艾灸对于艾滋病这类免疫缺陷性疾病有着提高免疫功能的作用。通过总结近10年的临床研究,笔者认为艾灸对HIV/AIDS患者免疫功能有调节作用,可减轻和消除患者临床症状,不仅能提高T淋巴细胞和CD 4+细胞计数,还可促进非CD 4+细胞的非特异性,增强机体抗病能力,提高免疫力。
