| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察加强扬刺百会穴治疗抑郁性失眠的疗效,为临床提供一个较好的治疗方法。方法:将60例符合入选标准的抑郁性失眠患者随机分为扬刺百会组30例和常规针刺组30例,疗程为一个月,分别比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)量表评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),并进行组间比较。结果两组治疗后与治疗前HAMD和PSQI比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);两组间治疗后HAMD和PSQI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规针刺方法和加强扬刺百会穴治疗抑郁性失眠均有疗效,但加强扬刺百会穴效果更显著。
