| 摘 要： | 目的:研究中药扶正抗癌汤联合化疗治疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效观察及对其免疫调节作用。方法:将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组选用常规GP化疗方案治疗组:在对照组GP方案化疗的基础上采用中医药辨证,加用扶正抗癌汤口服,疗程为3个月。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床缓解率及中医证候比较上存在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后NK细胞和CD4均明显上升,CD8明显下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌汤能够提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者化疗疗效,并且能增强机体免疫力,改善患者的生活质量,在一定程度上提高机体对化疗的耐受性。
