| 摘 要： | 反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)是一种临床常见的由胃十二指肠内容物反流入食管导致食管黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂或溃疡等炎症改变的消化系统疾病,可伴发食管内外的并发症。此症没有中医病名,属于中医"反酸"、"呕逆"等范畴。通过分析病因病机,辨病辨证相结合,中医药治疗RE及其并发症具有较好的疗效及一定的优势,但面临许多问题。希望建立较规范的辨证论治体系,有利于增加中医治疗RE的疗效及机理的深入研究。
