| 摘 要： | 朱振铎教授是山东省名老中医、第3批全国老中医药专家,在治疗老年胆石症方面有独特疗效。朱教授认为其病位在胆,责之于肝,肝阴不足是其病理基础。临证常虚实夹杂,以虚为本,以实为标,热瘀化生,结石形成。临床以山甲利胆排石汤联用耳压食疗,灵活用药,并注意顾护脾胃,形成治疗老年胆石症成熟的学术思想。
