| Abstract: | Objective:To identify the authenticity of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.provide the scientific basis.Methods: The microscopical identification,physical and chemical identification,TLC and HPLC.Results: There is a significant difference.Conclusion: Four methods can be used to distinguish between Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.and its adulterants of sweet potatoes. |
