| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨缺血性中风发病的时间规律,从时间医学的角度为临床防治提供科学依据。方法:对2005年-2006年3987例新缺血性中风患者登记资料作圆形分布统计。发病时点化为角度坐标,确定缺血性中风的发病高峰时点;再以入院日期为基础,推测缺血性中风发病的季节高峰期。结果:缺血性中风患者的发病时间在06∶00~10∶00时间段有明显集中趋势,发病月份存在集中趋势,平均发病时间为1月11日±3月6日。结论:缺血性中风发病有显著季节和时辰周期规律,更好地了解这些效应有望为卒中预防制定有效策略。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the temporal regular pattern of ischemic stroke(IS),provide scientific evidence for clinical on the base of chronomedicine.Methods:Circular distribution statistical method were performed on registered cases of stroke between 2005 and 2006,the points of stroke onset were transformed into angular coordinate,analyse the daily acrophase of IS incidence.We both presume the seasonal peak of IS on the base of admission date.Results:A predominant peak occurred during 6am to 10am in IS patients.... |
