| 摘 要： | 对酶法在中药成分提取中酶解作用机制及在中药有效成分提取中的应用进行综述,纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶等酶能够破坏植物细胞壁,使有效成分易于浸出,在中药提取中得到了广泛的应用。分别叙述了酶法在多糖、黄酮、油类、生物碱、皂苷类化合物提取中的应用,同时简要介绍了生物酶解技术在植物中药提取液的纯化中的应用,与新技术结合用于中药提取,分析酶法的现存问题,展望酶法在中药提取中的发展前景。

| Abstract: | The enzymatic mechanism and application in the extraction and separation of traditiomal chinese medicine was reuiewed.Cellulase,pectolase,papayin,and so on can destroy the plant cell wall,so effective component is easy to leach out.The enzyme obtained the widespread application in the Chinese native medicine extraction.The application of enzyme method in the extraction of Polysaccharide,Flavonoids,oil,Alkaloids,Saponins,and the application of biological enzyme technology in the purification of plant extract... |
