| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益肾方联合中药结肠透析治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephrosis,DN)的临床疗效。方法:将64例中晚期DN患者随机分为2组。对照组给予基础治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用益肾方联合中药结肠透析治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率84.85%,高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组各项指标相对于对照组均有改善(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:益肾方联合中药结肠透析治疗中晚期DN具有较好疗效。
