| 摘 要： | 中医理论认为:肝主疏泄,具有调畅情志、促进脾胃运化等功能。脾主运化、主升清,脾升胃降是气机升降的枢纽。肠易激综合征是一种以腹痛或排便习惯改变为特点消化系统疾病,属于中医"便秘"、"腹泄"和"腹痛"等范畴,其发病原因与肝脾密切相关。文章分别从肝、脾入手探讨肠易激综合征与肝脾的相关性。
