| 摘 要： | 目的:研究电针结合康复对中风后偏瘫肩痛患者疼痛和上肢运动功能的临床疗效。方法:将129例中风患者随机分为3组,针灸康复组46例,采用电针结合康复进行治疗,针灸组41例、康复组42例,分别采用单纯电针和单纯康复进行治疗,评测3组在治疗前、后NRS疼痛数字评分、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表(ADL)。结果:NRS疼痛数字评分、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分及日常生活活动量表(ADL)治疗后各组组内比较(P<0.05),各组疗后均优于疗前,各组组间比较(P<0.05),针灸康复组优于其他两组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合康复能促进中风患者偏瘫肩痛疼痛及上肢运动功能的改善。
