| 摘 要： | 目的:研究活血益气法对于气滞血瘀证型2型糖尿病大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:对大鼠用针刺激[1]及高脂高糖饮食[2]建立气滞血瘀证型。后给予大鼠日照并灌胃脂肪乳10日后尾静脉一次性注射四氧嘧啶(80mg/kg)建立2型糖尿病模型。采用血府逐瘀汤加生黄芪怀山药进行治疗并检测指标。结果:通过血液流变学指标,血糖等客观指标分析,模型建立可靠,气滞血瘀证型2型糖尿病大鼠各指标明显好转。结论:使用针刺及高脂喂食建立模型可为将来2型糖尿病中医研究提供实验基础,活血益气法治疗气滞血瘀证2型糖尿病具有较好的疗效,但用药需谨慎配伍。
