| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨HRV与冠心病中医不同证型之间关系。方法:选取冠心病患者112例并根据临床症状辨证分型为本虚、标实两型,分别与健康对照组进行对比。结果:冠心病组HRV较健康对照组明显下降;两型间对比以本虚组HRV下降较为明显。结论:冠心病患者均存在HRV下降,且以本虚者为下降较甚。
