| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松症属中医学"骨痿"、"骨痹"范畴,其发病与"肾虚"密切相关。以"肾主骨"理论为指导,"从肾论治"骨质疏松症既有其深厚的中医理论基础,又有大量的现代研究依据,中医学"肾主骨"其物质基础不仅限于肾脏本身,而是现代医学的肾及内分泌系统为主构成的复杂的调控网络,中医学的"肾"具有调控整个骨代谢的重要作用。因此,把骨质疏松症的防治与中医辨证论治相结合,补肾法当是防治骨质疏松症的基本大法。
