| 摘 要： | 目的:了解瓜蒌薤白汤对肺纤维化形成阶段干预作用。方法:普通级大鼠分为正常组、模型组、泼尼松组、瓜蒌薤白汤组。除正常组外均用气管内注入平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型,造模后14d用药,28d处死后测下丘脑及海马DA、NE、5-HT。结果:模型组下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT与海马5-HT高于正常组(P<0.05);瓜蒌薤白汤组下丘脑与海马NE、DA低于模型组与泼尼松组,5-HT低于模型组而高于泼尼松组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白汤能抑制模型下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT及海马5-HT的升高,并能降低海马NE、DA含量。
