| 摘 要： | 目的:分析中药复方"松友饮"体内、外抑癌作用。方法:明确"松友饮"的组方成份,总结前期相关研究结果,提出尚需进一步研究内容。结果:"松友饮"为5味中药提取物,已分析获得高效液相指纹图谱,为"松友饮"提供质控参考。"松友饮"通过抑制MMP2抑制肝癌(HCC)侵袭性;连续7天灌胃给药增强小鼠免疫功能。连续5周灌胃抑制术后残癌组织IL–1β和PCNA表达,抑制裸鼠模型HCC生长、转移,延缓裸鼠体重下降,延长生存期,增强干扰素(抑制HCC。给药7天的含药血清达到稳态血药浓度,对HCC体外抑制作用最强。该复方已开展临床研究,但药效物质基础仍需深入研究。结论:"松友饮"具有体内、外抑制HCC生长、转移作用,具有潜在临床应用价值。
