| 摘 要： | 目的:评价多根弹性髓内针内固定治疗成人尺桡骨多段骨折的疗效。方法:采用多根弹性髓内针治疗成人尺桡骨多段骨折患者15例,手法和克氏针翘拔闭合复位8例,小切口微创切开复位7例。结果:15例均获得随访,时间3～12个月,平均个6月,骨折均获得临床愈合,时间4～10周。采用Moed评价标准:末次随访时优9例,良4例,可2例,优良率86.66%。其中针尾刺激症状2例,骨折延迟愈合2例,局部注射金匍素后完全愈合。未出现骨不连和畸形愈合。结论:多根弹性髓内针是治疗成人尺桡骨多段骨折的很有效方法,具有微创、康复快、并发症少等优点。
