汶川地震后震区中学生心理健康状况的调查

目的了解汶川地震3个月后震区中学生的心理健康状况。方法应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对汶川地震后震区413名中学生进行测量。结果①震区中学生在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑因子上的得分显著高于常模,在偏执因子上显著低于常模;②心理阳性症状检出率最高是强迫症状,达到44.6%;③震区女生在抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子上的得分显著高于男生;④震区中学生在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、敌对和偏执因子上具有显著的年级差异。结论震区中学生的心理健康水平在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑因子上较差。

A Investigation on the Mental Health of Middle or High School Students in the Earth-quake Regions

Objective To study the mental health of the Middle or High School students in the earthquake regions in three months of earthquake. Methods 413 students from the earthquake regions were measured with SCL-90. Results ①The students＇ grades of compulsion, dePression, anxiety were higher than the Norm, and the grade of stubborn was lower than the Norm. ②The factor of which positive detection rate of psychological symptoms was highest was compulsion （44.6%）. ③The girls＇ grades of depression, anxiety and terror were significantly higher than the boys＇. ④There were significant differences in grade in the level of somatization, compulsion, international sensitivity, depression, hostility and stubborn. Conclusion The mental health level of compulsion, depression, anxiety of middle or high school students from earthquake regions was relatively poor.
