心理干预对酒依赖者家庭功能的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对酒依赖者家庭功能的作用。方法：将96例酒依赖者以抽签形式随机分为两组，干预组除给予常规药物替代治疗外，还给予系统的心理干预；对照组单用常规药物替代治疗。应用家庭功能评定（FAD）问卷进行家庭功能评定。疗程6个月。结果：经过6个月的心理干预，酒依赖者在沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能6个方面评分较干预前差别有高度显著性（x^2=6．973，p〈0．01），而在问题解决方面评分较干预前差别有显著性（x^2=5．336，p〉0．01）；干预组在问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能7个方面评分较对照组差别有高度显著性（x^2=7．865，p〈0．01）。结论：酒依赖者在躯体脱酒后，给予系统的心理干预，其家庭功能明显改善。

Effects of psychological-behavioral intervention on family function in patients with alcohol dependence

Objective： To explore the effects of psychological-behavioral intervention on family function in patients with alcohol dependence. Methods： 96 patients with alcohol dependence were randomly derided into the intervened group which gave routine substitute medication with systematic psychological-behavioral intervention and the control group which received routine treatment only.The family function was measured with Family Assessment Device （FAD） regularly for 6 months. Results： After 6 months of having been given psychologicalbehavioral intervention, the scores of patients with Alconol dependence were highly significant difference from they have former interventron in commuicatron, roles, emotional reactions, emotional involvement, behavior control and total functron （x^2=6.973, p〈0.01 ） ： and it has signifccant difference from they have form intervention in problem-sowing （x^2=5.336, p〉0.01 ） ： The scores of the intervened group were highly signittcant difference from the control grcup in problem-sowing, communication, roles, emotional reactions, emtional irwolvement, behavior control and total function （x^2=7.865, p〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： Systematic psychocogical-behaioral intervention to patients with alcohol dependenceafter body abstaining from alcohol can improve their family fanetion obviously.
