| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展、社会的进步以及医学模式的转变,加强医学生人文素质教育成为高等医学院校教育工作者势在必行的紧急任务。本文分析了在新时期加强医学生人文素质教育的重要意义:是构建和谐医患关系的迫切需要;是贯彻"以人为本"理念的客观要求;是培养新时期医学人才的历史选择。文章还探讨了在新形势下拓展医学生人文素质教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | With the economic development,the social advancement and the transform of medical schemes,it becomes rather urgent for the pedagogues in the medical colleges to strengthen the students' human quality.This article is trying to analyze the significance of the human quality education in the new era: the urgent need to construct a harmonious relation between medical workers and patients;the belief to fulfill "human foremost";the historical choice to cultivate the medical talents.The article also discussed the effective measures to extend the medical talents' human quality in new situations. |
