| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药灌肠对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全期的疗效。方法将76例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全期的患者随机分成治疗组及对照组各38例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中药灌肠治疗，治疗8周，对照组接受常规治疗。观察比较治疗前后临床症状、空腹血糖、24h尿白蛋白、血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）等指标变化情况。结果2组患者治疗前后在临床症状、肾功能的改善程度等方面比较差异显著。结论中药灌肠是治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能不全的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema on renal insufficien- cy of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 76 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 38 patients in each group. The treatment group were offered traditional Chi- nese medicine enema based upon routine treatment for 8 weeks, the control group received routine treatment only. The clinical symptom, fasting blood glucose, 24h urine albumin, serum creatinine （Scr）, urea nitrogen （BUN） were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The two groups showed signifi- cant differences in clinical symptom and degree of renal function alleviation. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine enema proved to be one of the effective methods for treatment of renal insufficiency of diabetic nephropathy. |
