高血压脑出血微创术清除血肿及早期康复

摘    要:目的 :探讨微创术血肿清除加早期康复治疗对脑出血患者运动功能的影响。方法 :132例高血压脑出血患者分别采用微创术清除血肿加早期康复 (A组 4 2例 ) ,无手术、病情稳定后即进行早期康复 (B组 4 5例 )和单纯微创术清除血肿 (C组 4 5例 )。比较 3组入院时、入院 1、3和 6个月时神经功能缺损 (NIHSS)及ADL评分。结果 :A组比B、C组NIHSS评分明显减少 ,ADL评分明显增多 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :微创术清除血肿加早期康复治疗是减少脑出血患者病残程度 ,提高生存质量的重要措施。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of eliminating haematoma with minimally invasive operation and early rehabilitation on hypertension patients . Methods: 132 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into three groups.The group A (42 cases)received minimally invasive operation and early stage rehabiliation, group B(45 cases)received early stage rehabiliation alone and group C(45 cases)received minimally invasive operation alone. Their NIHSS and ADL were evaluated at the time of admission and the first, third and sixth month of hospitalization. Results:The NIHSS score of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and C. The ADL score of group A was significantly higher than the other two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of minimally invasive operation and early stage rehabilitation are important measures to alleviate disabled degree and improve quality of life.
