| 摘 要： | 目的 确定成年豚鼠膀胱卡哈尔间质细胞(interstitial cells of cajal,ICCs)细胞是否具有起搏电流.方法 采用胶原酶消化法,得到原代培养的成年豚鼠膀胱ICCs细胞.采用膜片钳技术,在全细胞记录模式下,记录其超级化激活的内向电流(hyperrepolarization-activated inward current,Ih).结果 原代培养的ICCs细胞和逼尿肌细胞的静息膜电位、膜电容存在明显差异;ICCs细胞可记录到起搏细胞特征电流Ih,而在逼尿肌细胞则记录不到.结论 记录到成年豚鼠膀胱ICCs细胞具有起搏细胞的特征电流Ih,提示ICCs细胞在膀胱具有起搏作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain the presence of pacemaker-like current in interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) in the bladder of adult guinea pigs. Methods Primarily cultured bladder ICC of adult guinea pigs were harvested by collagenase digestion. Hyperrepolarization-activated inward current (Ih) and pacemaker specific current were recorded using whole-cell patch clamp technique.
