彩色多普勒超声监测输尿管喷尿变化的临床应用

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系统疾病中的应用。方法:采用利尿药物及多普勒超声检查相结合的方法,对160例(其中30例为正常受试者)的输尿管喷尿变化进行多普勒超声监测。结果:30例正常受试者输尿管喷尿呈左右对称现象,即喷尿的部位、方向、角度、形态、频率及速度等基本对称;其喷尿频率加快、喷尿时间延长。30例肾脏弥漫性病变患者表现为对称性喷尿异常,其余则表现为非对称性喷尿异常。结论:应用彩色多普勒超声监测输尿管喷尿变化时,按照左右对称、两侧对比的方法分析判断,对泌尿系统疾病尤其是尿路梗阻性疾病的诊断是一种快捷、准确方法。

Clinical application of monitoring ureteral jets with color Doppler sonography

Objective:To explore the application of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Methods: By combining diuresis with color Doppler technique,ureteral jets were observed with color Doppler sonography in 160 cases.Results: Ureteral jets in 30 normal subjects showed symmetry bilaterally,which means that the site,direction,angle,shaqe,frequency and speed of ureteral jets on the both sides were nearly symmetric,and jet frequency was faster and jet duration time was longer in diuresis subjects.Thirty cases with diffuse kidney disease showed symmetric jet abnormality,and the others were asymmetric jet abnormality.Conclusion:When monitoring ureteral jets with color Doppler sonography,the rule of bilaterality and symmetry on the both sides should be followed and this is a swifter and more accurate method in the diagnosis of urinary diseases especially ureter obstructive diseases.
