成纤维细胞生长因子促进放烧复合伤创面愈合的形态学观察

摘    要:文用基因重组的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗大鼠重度皮肤放烧复合伤,观察其对创面愈合的影响。结果显示,bFGF治疗组刨面50%愈合及完全愈合所需时间均较对照组提前。光镜和电镜观察结果证实bFGF有早期刺激肉芽组织生长,加速伤口愈合的生物功能。另外,局部刨面的正确处理对bFGF生物活性的发挥有重要作用。

Abstract:In the study ,basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (bFGF) produced by recombinant DNA technique locally for the treatment of severe combined radiation-burn injury in the mice. The wound healing (50% or 100%) required less time in the treatment group than in the control group. By histological changes seen under light and electron microscopes, it is shown that bFGF can stimu-. late the grouth of granulation tissue and accelerate the wound healing. In addition, we think that proper local treatment of the wound is important for the elaboration of the biological activity of bFGF.
