重症急性胰腺炎综合治疗方法探讨（附92例报告）

目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的治疗方法。方法 总结SAP患者92例，包括胆源性胰腺炎53例，其中23例胆道梗阻者行急症手术；非胆源性胰腺炎39例，其中9例并发胰腺感染坏死，予手术治疗，其余均行非手术疗法。结果 92例患者中，3例非胆源性SAP患者因并发感染、坏死，未及时手术而死亡，余均痊愈。染坏死的非胆源性SAP患者应及时手术治疗，除此之外则应尽量采用保守疗法。

The treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(with a report of 92 cases)

Objective To investigate the therapeutic strategy of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Method 92 cases with SAP were evaluated,including 53 cases with acute biliogenic pancreatitis and 39 cases with non biliogenic Pancreatitis.23 biliogenic cases with obstruction of bile duct were performed emergency operations and 9 non biliogenic cases who were complicated with pancreatic infection and necrosis were Performed operation,and the others were treated with support treatment.Result 3 cases with acute non biliogenic pancreatitis died of severe infection and necrosis and failing to be operated in time,the others were cured of.Conculsion Patients with SAP should be treated combinedly and individually.All Patients should be given support treatment as possible as we can except the biliogenic SAP Patients with severe obstruction of bile duct and the non biliogenic SAP ones complicated with pancreatic infection and necrosis,who need operations in time.
