医学影像信息系统中图像数据的管理及安全策略

摘    要:目的:利用系统完善的硬件构架、周密的软件设计思路,提高数据传输的准确率,确保数据存储安全。方法:所用PACS为浙江大学生物医学工程学院和本院合作开发的PACS系统,确保网络及存储等硬件设备质量保证的前提下,利用系统软件在数据流程环节中进行监控,及时发现图像不归位或错误归位的数据并及时纠正。结果:经过2年约20万病例图像资料数据的管理,纠正图像错误归位1800个病例,约占总图像存储病例的0.09%,最终有效图像数据归位率达到99.99%。结论:医学影像学信息系统对图像数据的管理及安全监控是有效的,特别是对图像错误归位的及时纠正有明显的效果。

Management and security policy of image data in medical image system

Abstract:Objective:To improve the accuracy of data communication and ensure data storage safety by use of perfect hardware construct and thorough software design thinking.Methods:The PACS which we used was opened up cooperatively by Biomedical Engineering college,Zhejiang University and Central Hospital of Huzhou.On the premise of the quality assurance of network system and storage equipment,we monitored the data flow by system software to find the unarchived or misarchived image data and correct them betimes.Results:About 200000 samples were processed in the past two years and 1800 (about 0.09%) misarchived image samples had been corrected.The rate of image samples archived effectively reached 99.91% ultimately.Conclusion:Medical Image Information System is effective in managing and monitoring the image data,especially in correcting misarchived images in time.
